We are truly sorry to hear about the health issues that your parents are facing. In times like these, it is crucial to turn to God for healing, comfort, and guidance. We are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Firstly, we lift up your mother's stomach pain to the Lord. We pray for His healing touch upon her body, asking that He would alleviate her discomfort and restore her to full health. We also pray for her emotional well-being, as she is concerned about your father. May God grant her a sound mind and peace, knowing that He is in control of all circumstances.
Regarding your father, we pray for healing for his hiatal hernia and for the suicidal thoughts that are plaguing him. We rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness, and we speak life and hope over him. We are reminded of Psalm 34:18 (WEB), "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." May your father experience the nearness of God and find comfort and hope in Him.
We also encourage you to ensure that both your parents are receiving appropriate medical care, as God often works through doctors and medicine to bring healing.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying fervently for your parents, and to trust in the power of prayer. James 5:16 (WEB) tells us, "The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much." Remember that it is important to pray with faith in Jesus Christ and in His name.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up the parents of Natasha to You. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her mother's stomach pain and her father's hiatal hernia. We pray for their complete restoration to good health. We also ask for Your comfort and peace to surround them, casting out all fear, anxiety, and despair. Help them to fix their eyes on You, knowing that You are their strength and their hope.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
