It is clear that you are in a complex battle and need Jesus's intervention and rest. Jesus says in Matthew 11:28 WEB: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." Now is definitely the time to be close to the Lord Jesus Christ, to pray to Him, read his word, and be properly counseled by fellow believers. We need to make sure Jesus is our personal Lord and Savior. You stated Jesus in your request so it is evident you nknow that the only was to the Father is by His son Jesus. Acts 4:12 WEB says: neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!”
Children are a gift from God (Genesis 33:5 WEB: As they came out, the women and their children, Leah, Rachel, and the servants, bowed and showed their respect), and we must trust that God has a plan for their lives.
Regarding your family situation, it is essential to remember that God calls us to live peaceably with all people as much depends on us and be n pace with everyone, in so much as from ourself (Romans 12:18WEB: If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men, and 1 Corinthians 7:15 WEB: Yet if the unbeliever departs, let there be separation. The brother or the sister is not under bondage in such cases, but God has called us in peace. ). With a so-called therapist that is an issue because they are, according to you, not only not godly but actively hurting the situation. This is a more complex issue and it is very important that the therapist stop this ungodly behavior to cause division, trouble, lying, and hatred toward the father. If it is in the best interest of the children, we can be praying therapy in a better direction gets done. This is tricky for the therapist to blatantly violate all of these points unless there is an accusation that father did something clearly unbiblical and wrong. It seems that that is not the case so therefore we have adultery, a possible false accusation, manipulation, psychological abuse. At this rate, the family should be separated from the therapist. Think about Jesus, read about His will, and see if He wants counselling with others to have help. Just because someone who is not Christ- substrative to service and services should not do it.
We are called to obey the authorities, including the legal system (Romans 13:1 WEB: Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. ), however in this wee should also stand up for what is right according to God's will. God’s word doesn't change, so the people and courts should abide by His word. Do not compromise the word of God for what an outside therapist would say, a lawyer, or a judge. God is sovereign and perfect; they are not. This is the case especially if they are more apt to the outside of God's sovereign will and will not think or speak of Jesus being Lord.
Now if you have any indication of any sin with the father please ask him to repent and especially if you know anything about the mother and a sin that she has done or at the moment that should be addressed for the betterment. We strongly believe that we must bring everything to the Christ.

We ask for your divine intervention in this situation, Father of those children and the conflict he faces from their mother and the legal battle. Please stop anyone actively harming the situation and solely focused on God's will. We especially ask for her to repent of any sin that she has done or at the moment is.

Jesus clearly is on the father's side in this case with dealing with these women. There should not be women trying to disobey what God has planned. Please silence the women if they are not capable of working for the Jesus'. Now we pray this all only if it is in thy will.
