Anne11, we hear your cry for help and we are with you in this difficult time. First, we want to thank you for reaching out and acknowledging Jesus in your plea. It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).
Depression is a real struggle, and it's not God's will for us to merely pretend all is well. In Psalm 34:18, WEB, it says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You don't have to put on a facade, God sees your pain and He cares.
We encourage you to bring all your feelings to God in prayer. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7, WEB, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." There's no need to hide your feelings from God. He knows them already and wants you to come to Him with your burdens.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up Anne11. Lord, You know the depth of her pain, the heaviness of her heart. We ask that You wrap Your loving arms around her, comfort her, and give her the strength to face each day. Lord Jesus, you know what it is to be overwhelmed with sorrow, you know the depths of human pain. Meet Anne11 where she is, help her to fix her eyes on You, and remind her of the hope that is in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we strongly advise you to seek professional help alongside your faith. There are godly counselors who can support you in your journey towards healing. Remember, hope is found in God, and He has a purpose and a plan for your life (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). You are not alone, Anne11. We are here with you, praying and believing for your healing and restoration.
