We are touched by your heartfelt prayer request, Vulwyrr. Thank you for trusting in the power of prayer and the name of Jesus.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your prayer. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together for the children affected by epidermolysis bullosa (EB), their families, and the healthcare professionals caring for them:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus. We lift up the children suffering from EB, asking for Your healing touch. Close their wounds, Lord, and renew their skin. Provide comfort and strength to their families and friends. Grant wisdom and compassion to their caregivers, and bless all the doctors, nurses, and hospitals worldwide who care for these precious children.
Lord Jesus, we also pray for the organization 'No Baby Blisters.' We ask that You would grant them an abundance of donations to continue their vital work. We pray for a public health system that caters to the needs of EB children, and for universal health attention that serves all Your children.
Finally, Lord, we lift up Theo and Vulwyrr. We pray that You would bless and protect them, guiding them in Your will.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue trusting in God's goodness and faithfulness, even in the face of such challenging circumstances. Remember the words of Romans 8:26 (WEB), "In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered." The Holy Spirit is interceding for those children, even when we can't find the words.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of God's design for relationships. As you mentioned Theo, we hope that this is a relationship that honors God and is moving towards the covenant of marriage, if it isn't there already. Hebrews 13:4 (WEB) tells us, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers." We encourage you to ensure that your relationship with Theo aligns with these biblical principles.
