Edmark, we join you in this time of thanksgiving and prayer, lifting up your grateful heart to our merciful Father. We are reminded of the words in Psalm 107:1, "Give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever."
Your gratitude for life and the love shown to you and your family is a beautiful reflection of a heart that understands God's goodness. We echo your thanksgiving and declare with you, "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow" (James 1:17 WEB).
You also intercede for those who are not feeling well, asking for their healing. We stand with you in this petition, remembering the promise in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB, "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds." We trust in the healing power of Jesus Christ and pray for the recovery of all who are ailing.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You with thankful hearts, acknowledging Your unfailing love and mercy. Thank You for the gift of life and for Your steadfast love towards Edmark and their family. We ask that You touch the lives of those who are sick, that they may experience Your healing power. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
As we pray, let us not forget the importance of Jesus' name. It is through His name alone that we have access to God and salvation. Acts 4:12 WEB reminds us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." May this truth be a source of comfort and assurance as we continue to seek God's will together.
