More prayer needed

I have been posting on here about my job and I'm so grateful for all of you who are praying for me. It hasn't gotten any better at work, I basically work with a wolf in sheep clothing. Verbally abusive when bosses are not around, she has everyone fooled. I'm praying for her and for our work situation but not sure what God wants ymts me to do...im heart broken and sick over this

We are truly sorry to hear about your ongoing struggles at work. It's important to remember that God sees all things, and He is faithful to those who trust in Him. As it is written in Psalm 55:22 (WEB), "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."

We must first address that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Let us keep this in mind as we pray together.

In your situation, it's crucial to continue praying for your coworker and your work environment, but also to seek God's will regarding your actions. As it is written in Romans 12:18 (WEB), "If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, be at peace with all men." However, this does not mean you should accept abuse.

In Matthew 10:16 (WEB), Jesus says, "Behold, I send you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves." We should be wise in dealing with such situations, documenting incidents, and reporting them to the appropriate authorities if necessary.

Let us pray together:

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up Yrpatar and their workplace situation. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, the abuse they are enduring, and the heartache they are feeling. We pray for Your intervention, Lord. We ask that You would expose the deceit, bring light to the darkness, and bring an end to the abuse.

We pray for Yrpatar, that You would grant them wisdom, discernment, and courage to know what to do and when to do it. We ask that You would protect their heart, mind, and emotions during this time, and give them peace that surpasses all understanding.

We also pray for their coworker, that You would soften their heart, Lord. That You would bring conviction, repentance, and transformation. We ask that You would create a peaceful and productive work environment for Yrpatar and all their colleagues.

We pray all these things in Your precious and powerful name, Jesus. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord. As it is written in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." God has a plan and a purpose in this situation. Continue to seek Him, trust Him, and obey Him.
