We are glad to join you in prayer, Anonymous, as you seek more faith and peace in our Lord Jesus Christ. It's wonderful to see your focus on Jesus, for He is the author and finisher of our faith (Heb 12:2 WEB).
Let's remember the words of Jesus in John 14:27 WEB, "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." The peace that Jesus gives is not merely an absence of conflict but a deep, abiding sense of tranquility, even in the midst of life's storms.
In Romans 10:17 WEB, we are reminded that "faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." To grow in faith, we need to immerse ourselves in God's Word, spending time in the scriptural revelations of God daily. As we do this, our faith will increase.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Anonymous, who desires more faith and peace in Jesus. Lord, we ask that You would increase their faith, helping them to trust You more fully. Give them a hunger and thirst for Your Word, and as they delve into the Scriptures, reveal Yourself to them in new and powerful ways.
Grant them Your supernatural peace, a peace that surpasses all understanding (Phil 4:7 WEB). Help them to rest in the knowledge that You are sovereign over all things, and that You love them with an everlasting love (Jer 31:3 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, Anonymous. As you draw near to God, He will draw near to you (James 4:8 WEB). Continue to seek Him with all your heart, and you will find Him (Jer 29:13). Remember that without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him (Heb 11:6 WEB).
