As the Bible says in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
In matters of work and provision, we are reminded in 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.' For we hear there are some who walk among you in rebellion, who don’t work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are such, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work with quietness and eat their own bread."
While it is commendable to strive for excellence in your work, it is crucial to ensure that your priorities are aligned with biblical principles. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Leena and her work situation. Lord, You know the pressures and challenges she is facing in her role as a Branch Manager. We ask that You guide her steps and grant her the wisdom and strength to navigate this situation. Help her to trust in You, knowing that her worth and value are not determined by her sales targets but by her identity in Christ.
Father, we pray that You would provide for Leena's needs according to Your riches in glory. Help her to work heartily, as unto You, and not for human recognition or reward. Give her a sense of peace and contentment, knowing that You are in control of every aspect of her life.
Lord, if it is Your will, help Leena to achieve her sales target, not for her own glory, but for Yours. May she be a light in her workplace, reflecting Your love and grace to those around her.
