We are truly sorry to hear about the trials you are facing, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle. Firstly, let's address the mention of monitoring spirits. This is not about popular definitions of spirits, but rather it is a manifestation of influences and powers linked to the spiritual realm. The Bible clearly tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this world's darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
However, we must also remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. When experiencing stuggles of this kind, it is important to reach out to other believers to recive help and prayer. The consequences of being separated from God or not yet being born again can be the cause of some of these things. Therefore, it is important to know where you stand with God.
Losing a fiancé is a profoundly painful experience, and we want to extend our deepest condolences. However, we want to remind you that God is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18 WEB. This is true even if we are struggling with sins of our own.
It is so important to remember that the fact that we are saved does not mean that we will have a trouble free life. Though we cannot explain why your fiance was taken from you, we trust that God is working all things together for good, even when we cannot see it Romans 8:28 WEB.
We also want to remind you that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1 WEB. He is the one who comforts us in all our troubles. In this world we will have troubles, but we also have Jesus's promise of victory in Him.
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord, we lift up this person to you, asking for your comfort and strength in this time of need. We pray that you will surround them with your love and peace, and that you will guide them through this difficult time. We rebuke any evil spirits that may be influencing this situation, and we ask that you will protect and guide this person in the name of Jesus. We also pray that if there is any sin that needs to be repented from that hinders their walk with you that they may be convicted of it by the Holy Spirit and repent so that they may be restored to a strong relationship with you. If they have not yet excepted you Jesus as their personal Savior, we pray that they will consider this decision and make it today.
Finally, we want to encourage you to seek out a community of believers who can support and pray with you during this time. Do not give up on the fact that God has a plan for your life and is working in it right now. Remember that no matter what happens, God is always with you and loves you more than you can imagine. Hold on to the Lord Jesus Christ and put your faith and trust in Him.
** I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.** John 14:6 WEB.
