We understand that you're feeling taunted by what you describe as "monitoring spirits" and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. First, let's address your request and then we'll discuss some biblical principles.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling taunted by evil spirits. We know that Your son Jesus has overcome the world. We are not left with a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Therefore, we stand in the authority given to us in Christ, and tell the spirits that are causing distress, that they are defeated by the Blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. We command them to stop their torment and leave. They have no power over us as we are children of the light. Lord Jesus, we ask You to fill the void left by these spirits with Your Holy Spirit. Strengthen and comfort Your child. Give them peace and joy. Give them the grace to read and meditate on Your Word daily, so they may grow in the knowledge of You and of the Son whom You have sent, Jesus Christ, whom You have sent (John 17:3). We ask all of these things believing in faith that we have the requests of our heart, according to Your Word and in agreement together, in Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
Now, let's look at what the Bible says about such experiences. The Bible tells us that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12). But we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37).
We are encouraged to put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). This armor includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the preparation of the Gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:14-17).
We must also be vigilant and resist the devil, for he flees from us when we do (1 Peter 5:8-9, James 4:7). We do this by not giving any place or power in our lives to him.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). It is by His name that we are saved and have access to the Father (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). Continue to trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenge by the power of His Holy Spirit who dwells within you. He has given you authority over the enemy. Walk in that authority believing, and you will see the enemy flee.
