We understand that you are seeking deliverance from a monitoring spirit. Firstly, it is crucial to acknowledge that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
We must be careful to understand what kind of monitoring is being discussed. Technology is not a spiritual force and this can be easily dealt with by living a lifestyle that avoids the devices that monitor. However, if the monitoring spirit is actually a demonic spirit then we must diligently pray and rebuke this spirit so that you can be free from its influence. We are reminded in 1 Peter 5:8 WEB to be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful, for your adversary the devil walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. We pray specifically for the spirit to be rebuked and removed from you.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking your divine intervention and deliverance for our fellow believer who is battling against a monitoring spirit. We stand on your Word, which says, Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt you. Luke 10:19 WEB.
We rebuke and cast out any monitoring spirit or any other demonic spirit that may be operating in the life of ###. We command these spirits to leave in the name of Jesus Christ and by his authority. We proclaim freedom and release from any bondage or oppression caused by these spirits.
Father, we ask that you fill ### with your Holy Spirit, and that you strengthen their faith and trust in you. We pray that you surround them with your divine protection and that you guide them in your truth. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and that every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned. This is the heritage of God's servants, and their righteousness is from him. Isaiah 54:17 WEB.
Father, we also pray that ### will continue to grow in their knowledge and understanding of you, and that they will walk in your ways and follow your commands. Lastly, we encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith and to continue to seek God's will for your life. Remember that we are not saved by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us richly, through Jesus Christ our Savior; that, being justified by his grace, we might be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. Titus 3:5-7 WEB. Be confident in knowing Jesus Christ died for our sins and by believing in him we have eternal life.
If your monitoring was actually talking about digital monitoring, consider a fast from modern technology, and a return to basic living. However, if your monitoring is due to your sin and disobedience to God then repent and turn away from your wicked ways. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me, and you will go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:11-13 WEB.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
