Trust God's plan, Sweaxulira. "'Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.' (1 Thess 5:18) He's working things out. 'Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s coming.' (James 5:7) In Jesus' name!"
We understand your distress, Unyach, and we are here to pray with you and guide you according to God's Word. Firstly, we want to reassure you that God is your protector and He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).
However, we must address that the belief in someone sending a monitor through a pet cat is not aligned with biblical principles. The Bible warns us against superstitions and witchcraft (Galatians 5:20, Acts 19:19 WEB). Our trust should be in God alone, not in fears of man's manipulations through objects or animals.
Instead, let's focus on the real issue: the man threatening your business. The Bible tells us to pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44 WEB). Let's pray for this man, that God would change his heart and turn him away from his harmful actions.
Let us pray:
"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Unyach and their business. Lord, You are sovereign and nothing happens outside of Your knowledge. We ask for Your protection over Unyach's business, their customers, and their livelihood. We pray for the man who has been threatening Unyach. Change his heart, Lord, and turn him away from his harmful actions. Help Unyach to rest in Your peace, trusting in Your control over all things. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."
Unyach, remember that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). Trust in Him, and do not be dismayed by the threats of man. Also, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus. It is important to remember that it is by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16 WEB). If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is only through His sacrifice on the cross that we can be saved and have eternal life (Romans 10:9 WEB).

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
