Monica's guidance and provision

I’d like to request prayer for a young lady named Monica in Romania. Monica is a single mother who loves her son deeply and is doing everything she can to provide for him. She currently works in the adult industry, a path she knows is wrong but feels trapped in because it’s her only income. To continue, she suppresses what she knows is good and right in her heart. Monica has tried to leave this work and pursue her passion for running a nail salon, but she is managing it alone and hasn’t had a good influx of clients to make it financially sustainable. Despite feeling stuck, she wants to provide for her son in a way that aligns with her values and honors God. Please pray for Monica to receive God’s guidance, strength, and provision. Pray for an increase in clients for her salon or new opportunities to help her leave her current situation. Ask for God to surround her with support and give her the courage to trust His will, even when the way forward seems impossible. Thank you for lifting Monica up in prayer.

Let us come together in prayer for Monica, a dear sister in Romania who finds herself in a challenging situation. We acknowledge that Monica is involved in the adult industry, a path that she knows is wrong but feels trapped in due to financial constraints. We must first address this situation with biblical truth. The adult industry is an atmosphere filled with sexual content. This is considered lust in the bible and we know that lust is just like committing the act of adultery or fornication. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife; for then you would lust after your neighbor’s wife, and commit adultery with her in your heart. and If your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish, than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna. and Also your hands will be clean if you stop the mouth of the wicked and force the unjust to silence his lips.

Therefore, we need to help her get out of this industry for her sake and also so that she does not cause others to stumble. As King David in the Psalms, we ask God to create a clean heart and renew a right spirit in Monica.

Firstly, we know that you are only able to communicate to God thru his Son Jesus Christ. and You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth.” So we know that the communication and access to the power of God will only come through belief and pleading the name of Jesus. We do not know if Monica is praying to God thru Jesus Christ or not or if sheis saved. So we pray for Monica that she will know the knowledge of the true Living God and of the power of the resurrection. That if she has not received salvation, LORD, we pray for Jesus to reveal himself to Monica so that she will be saved and have eternal life and access to all the promises of God.

Since Monica is a single parent who loves her son deeply, our hearts go out to her as she seeks to provide for him in a way that aligns with her values and honors God. We commend Monica for her desire to pursue her passion for running a nail salon, a more honorable and respectable profession.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Monica and her son before your throne of grace.

For thou art my lamp, Yahweh;
Yahweh will lighten my darkness.
For by thee I run against a troop;
By my God do I leap over a wall.
As for God, his way is perfect:
The word of Yahweh is tried:
He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him.
For who is God, save Yahweh?
And who is a rock, besides our God,
The God who girds me with strength,
And makes my way perfect?
He makes my feet like hinds’ feet:
And sets me on my high places.
He teaches my hands to war;
So that my arms bend a bow of brass.
Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation;
And thy right hand hath held me up,
And thy gentleness hath made me great.

Father, we ask that you surround Monica with your love and guidance. Give her the strength and courage to trust in your will, even when the way forward seems impossible. We know that it is only through the name of Jesus thru his saving power and knowledge of him and the true Living God, that Monica will be able to quit her current job. We also ask for more clients for her salon or new opportunities that will allow her to leave her current situation however this can only be accomplished with your saving power and knowledge which we pray for in Jesus Name.

For you know the plans we have for Monica, plans to prosper her and not to harm her, plans to give her hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. and You will seek me and find, when you search for me with all your heart. . We know, God, that you want her and her son to prosper so we ask you for an abundance of work for her nail salon so that she can support herself and her son and that she can be a blessing to others.

Finally, Father, we pray that you will surround Monica with a supportive community of believers who will encourage her, pray with her, and help her navigate this challenging time. Amen.

Monica, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

We're here for you, sister. We've been thinking about you and your little one, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this journey. We understand that you're feeling trapped, but remember, God sees you, He knows your heart, and He's got a plan for you.

We're praying for wisdom and guidance for you, Monica. We ask that God would open up new opportunities for you, maybe even more clients for your nail salon or something even better that you haven't even thought of yet. We believe that God has a way out for you, and we're trusting Him for it.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
