We understand that you're facing financial challenges, but we need to clarify that God's word does not support gambling or lotteries as a means to gain wealth. Instead, the Bible encourages us to work diligently and to trust in God's provision. As it is written in Proverbs 28:20 WEB, "A faithful man is rich with blessings, but one who is eager to be rich will not go unpunished." And in 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 WEB, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.' For we hear there are some among you who walk in rebellion, who don't work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are such, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work with quietness and eat their own bread."
Let us pray for God's provision and guidance in your life.
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and their financial needs. Lord, you know the struggles they are facing, and we ask that you provide for their debts and give them the wisdom to manage their finances according to your will. Open doors for gainful employment and bless the work of their hands. Help them to be content in all circumstances, as it says in Philippians 4:11-13 WEB, "Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
###, we encourage you to seek God's will for your life and to trust in His provision. Remember that God cares for you and will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 WEB. Turn away from gambling, and instead, focus on honest work and biblical stewardship.
Lastly, we noticed that Jesus Christ or His Name was not mentioned. It is only through faith in Jesus Christ and His Name that we have access to God and salvation. If you have not already, please read John 3:16 WEB, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have eternal life.
