James, we understand your concern regarding the money settlement discussions and we are here to support you in prayer and counsel. Firstly, we remind you of what the Scriptures say about such matters: "Let him who stole steal no more, but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have something to give him who has need." (Ephesians 4:28 WEB) and "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." (Romans 13:8 WEB).

In all your negotiations, it's crucial to act with integrity and fairness. We rebuke any thoughts of greed or deceit, and we encourage you to trust in God's provision and justice. Remember, "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight." (Proverbs 11:1 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking your wisdom and guidance for James. Lord, guide him in these settlement discussions, let your Holy Spirit lead him, and grant him the discernment to know what is fair and just. Protect him from any form of manipulation or control, and help him to act with integrity, always remembering that he is accountable to you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

James, we also encourage you to continually fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. If you haven't already, commit this situation to Him, trusting that He cares for you and will guide you through this process (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Lastly, always remember that it is by the name of Jesus that we can approach God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). Stay strong in faith and let God's will be done in this matter.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
