Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up James and his situation regarding the money settlement discussions. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention to ensure that these discussions conclude peacefully and justly. We pray that James will not be cheated, controlled, or manipulated in any way. Grant him wisdom and discernment, as Your Word says in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." Surround him with Your protection and guide his steps, so that the outcome will be fair and in accordance with Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
