Money for trip/son sick

Lord please help me.get money for this trip to take my daughter back to school in three weeks. Please let my credit card company give me.an increase, otherwise, I don't know what I am going to do. Please also let my car be.able to make the trip, and my son to get better soon. Thank you, Amen.
