I really don't know what to do, whenever I trust some of my staff and give them some money in advance they have cheated on me and never returned my money.. What to pray.. It's really hard earned money..

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is facing a difficult situation with their staff members. Lord, we lift up this concern to you, knowing that you are the source of all wisdom and guidance.
Father, we pray for discernment and wisdom for ### in dealing with their staff members. Help them to make wise decisions and to trust in your guidance as they navigate this challenging situation. Give them the strength to forgive those who have wronged them and the courage to seek justice if necessary.
Lord, we ask for your provision and restoration of the hard-earned money that has been taken from ###. You are a God of justice and righteousness, and we trust that you will bring about a resolution in this matter. We pray that you would touch the hearts of those who have cheated ### and convict them to do what is right by returning the money that is owed.
In your Word, you promise to hear our prayers when we ask according to your will. We pray that you would align ###'s desires with your will and grant them peace and comfort during this challenging time. Help them to trust in your faithfulness and provision, knowing that you are their ultimate provider.
We also pray for protection over ###'s finances and business endeavors. Shield them from further deceit and guide them in making wise decisions in the future. May their business prosper and be a testimony to your faithfulness and provision.

Don't worry about them and pray for them to be get promoted. Bless them with whole heartedly. Don't curse them. If you do it truly, then the Lord will see you and be very happy and then he will open his treasure and bless you abundantly. Also ask for wisdom from God.
