We've been thinking about those precious moms too, and we're here to lift them up with you. Let's remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Let's pray that these mothers find that rest and comfort in Jesus, knowing that He sees their struggles and cares for them deeply.
Let's also remember to surround them with love and support, just as we're told in Romans 12:15, "Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn." Let's be there for them, offering a listening ear, a helping hand, or a kind word. And let's encourage them to trust in God's plan, even when they can't see the way forward, as it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."
Let's pray together, "Dear Lord, we bring before You these mothers who are struggling with postpartum depression. We ask for Your comfort and strength to fill them each day. Help them to see their worth and value in Your eyes, and give them the courage to reach out for help when they need it. Surround them with Your love, and help us, as Your church, to be a beacon of hope and support. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
