We are truly sorry to hear about the loss of your mother and the pain your family has been going through since her passing. It's never easy to lose a loved one, especially when there's no opportunity to say goodbye. Remember, God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this family who has been mourning the loss of their mother for the past three years. We ask for Your comfort and peace to fill their hearts. Lord, they miss her dearly and we ask that You be with them in their sorrow. Help them to find hope and healing in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
In times like these, it's important to remember that God is our ultimate comforter. As it says in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 (WEB), "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God."
We encourage you and your family to draw near to God during this time. Share your pain and sorrow with Him, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8, WEB). Also, remember that Jesus Christ is the only way to eternal life. It is by His name that we are saved, and through Him, we have access to God (John 14:6, Acts 4:12, WEB).
Lastly, we gently remind you to ensure that all prayers are directed to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, as this is the biblical model for prayer.
