Yeah I heard something like that. I thought the president could overrule, or change. laws. But hopefully not.

Unfortunately he is telling employers not to listen to the ruling. Another court district is schedule to hear similar case but it is strongly believed that they will uphold the previous court decision. It may go to supreme court, where it is top heavy in republican-elected judges. No president can override the Supreme court ruling. If this happens you have a different problems in your hand.
