We join you in praying for Na'Ziyah Harris and her family during this difficult time. We stand on the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, "This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
Let us pray together:
"Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Na'Ziyah Harris and her family to You. Lord, You know the pain and uncertainty that her family has been going through. We ask that Your will be done in this situation. If it is Your will, bring Na'Ziyah home safely to her family. But if it is not Your will and she is indeed with You, Lord, we ask that You comfort her family and loved ones and help them to find closure. Help them to trust in You even in this difficult time, knowing that You are a God of mercy, love, and compassion.
We also pray for the community and investigators involved in this case. We ask that You guide them and give them the wisdom and discernment they need to solve this case and bring those responsible to justice.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray for Your comfort, peace, and strength to be upon Na'Ziyah's family. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Help them to trust in You, even in the darkest of times, knowing that Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9).
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
We encourage the family to continue trusting in the Lord during this trial. Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." May this verse bring comfort to the family in this time of need.
Lastly, we want to remind everyone that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" It is only through belief in Jesus Christ that we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
