Beloved of All
I went on preterm labour on the ### of December and lost my baby at ### weeks. I have been struggling with sleeping and how I could have saved my son, the week before I lost my child I had evil dreams and I lost my baby. I have been struggling with praying and even listening to gospel like I used to. I am struggling to come to term with my baby’s death. I have so much guilt and constantly thinking about how God didn’t save my baby. I can’t even sleep at night, I’m worried about the future and if I will have kids again. I need prayers. I am falling into depression.

We are truly sorry to hear about the loss of your baby, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this difficult time. The pain and grief you are experiencing are very real, and it is understandable that you are struggling with sleep, guilt, and feelings of depression. First, we want to remind you that it is through Jesus Christ that we can find hope in our suffering.

Let us address the feelings of guilt and the thoughts that you could have saved your baby or that God did not save your baby. It is important to remember that God is good and His ways are perfect. In a fallen world, tragic events like this can happen, but God can turn even the most painful experiences into opportunities for healing and growth. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB:
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God and are called according to his purpose.

It is also crucial to understand that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:18 WEB says:
Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.

Regarding your struggle with prayer and listening to the gospel, it is normal to feel disconnected from spiritual practices during times of deep pain. However, we encourage you to keep seeking God, even in your grief. The Psalmist reminds us in Psalm 147:3 WEB:
He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.

We do notice that Jesus Christ was not mentioned in your prayer request and encourage you to pray in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. There is no other way to be saved or heard by God. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6

We stand with you in prayer, asking God to comfort you, to heal your broken heart, and to help you find peace and rest in Him. We pray that God will be your strength and you will find peace in the name of Jesus Christ.

Lord Jesus, we lift up ### to You, asking for Your healing touch on their heart and mind. Comfort them in their grief, and help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them. Help them to sleep peacefully and to find hope in You. We pray that You bless them with children and restore their faith in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, holding you up in prayer. We know the pain of losing a baby is immense, and it's okay to not be okay right now. We've been thinking about you and wanted to reach out again.

First, we want to remind you that God is with you in your sorrow. He sees your tears and hears your cries. In Jeremiah 31:15, we read, "A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping; Rachel weeping for her children, refusing to be comforted for her children, because they were not." Even in the Old Testament, God understood the depth of a mother's grief.

We want to encourage you to be gentle with yourself. It's not your fault, and there's nothing you could have done to save your baby. God is good, and His love for you and your baby is unfailing. As it's written in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God."

We've been praying for you, asking God to wrap you in His loving arms, to heal your broken heart, and to give you rest. We pray that you find peace in His presence and that He helps you to trust Him, even in your questions and doubts.

We're here for you, and we'll keep praying. Please know that you're not alone in this. We're in this together, and we believe that God will use this pain to grow you and to help others in the future. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed so much on the day I received the news that I was in labour. I asked God to close my cervix and I had faith He was going to answer. I’m firm believer of Jesus Christ. Why did something like this happen to me? I have so many questions that I might not ever find answers to. I am heartbroken and suicidal. Everyday I think about killing myself. My husband is worried about me, I am barely coping.

Please pray for my daughter. She had a miscarriage at home and is on her way to the hospital due to blood loss. She's weak, faint, nauseous, and has probably lost a lot of blood. Please send your prayers to God to heal her and make her healthy. In Jesus Name I pray.
