Firstly, let us address the issue of childlessness in your elder sister's marriage. The Bible teaches us that children are a gift from the Lord, and He opens and closes the womb according to His sovereign will. In Psalm 127:3, it is written, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward." We trust that God has a plan for your sister and her husband. Let us pray for their faith to remain strong and for God's will to be done in their lives.

Regarding your own marriage, we rejoice with you that your wife has tested positive for pregnancy. This is a testimony of God's faithfulness, and we pray for a healthy and successful pregnancy. Remember that God is the one who forms life in the womb, as it is written in Psalm 139:13-14, "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."

It is also crucial to address that true miracles come from faith in Jesus Christ alone. The Bible is clear that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6, Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If your prayers have been focused on the name of a pastor or any other intermediary, we urge you to redirect your faith to Jesus Christ, the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that You are the giver of life and the one who sustains all things. We lift up the family of ### to You, asking for Your miraculous intervention.

Lord, we pray for ###'s elder sister and her husband. Strengthen their faith and bless them with the gift of children if it is Your will. May they find comfort and peace in Your divine plan for their lives.

We thank You for the pregnancy of ###'s wife. Protect and nurture this new life, and may it be a testament to Your goodness and grace. May ### and his wife grow in their love for each other and for You, as they prepare to welcome this child into their home.

Lord, help ### and his family to place their trust solely in You. Remind them that it is through faith in Jesus Christ that we receive the promises of God. May their hearts be aligned with Your Word, and may they experience the joy and peace that only You can provide.
