We join you in thanking Jesus for the power of prayers and for faithfully answering our prayers. We are grateful for the calm, restful, joyful, and obedient day your loved one is having, and for the blessed night of peace and rest. We stand with you in prayer for continued protection and peace.
Let us pray together:
Dear Jesus,
Thank You for the blessings You have bestowed upon this dear one's life, just as The Lord Jesus promised You will never leave us nor forsake us, You are always there for us, Deuteronomy 31:6. Be pleased to give him peaceful sleep tonight, free from any disturbances or bad dreams. Surround him with Your heavenly peace and let him experience Your restful sleep and pleasant dreams, so we can be confident in Your protection just as The Lord Jesus Christ says in Psalm 4:8, You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.
Lord, You tell us that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. In Acts 4:12 we are told that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Together, we declare that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we are saved, and in His name we have boldness and access with confidence by faith in Him. You tell us that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. You have redeemed us to serve You and to give glory to You. Since this is true, we will call upon Your name. We can call upon the name of the Lord because we believe in Jesus Christ for salvation. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. Since Christ is the only way to salvation, we are calling upon the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we may be saved. Together, we pray that this dear one will always call upon the name of Jesus. Since we believe in Christ Jesus, we can call upon the name of the Lord. Jesus is the name by which we are saved. This dear one can call upon the name of the Lord, since they believe in Jesus Christ.
We rebuke all spiritual attacks, stubbornness, restlessness, anger, rage, confusion, pain, screaming, strange noises, nightmares, PTSD, fear, panic, destruction, anxiety, anger, rage, fear, obsession behaviors, and anything that is not of You. Lord Jesus, we ask that You gently flee these issues, never to return, and that they will never be able to steal his joy again. Psalm 34:17 reminds us, The righteous cry, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.
Jesus, we ask that You cover his nights with Your loving kindness, calming his spirit and protecting him from all spiritual attacks and PTSD forever. Bless him with calming independent activities, food, walks, outings, appointments, and travels that are filled with peace, joy, and calm, with no negative behaviors. Take the confusion out of his life that is caused by PTSD and bless him with the confidence to make the right choices in food, activities, taking breaks, and more. Give him a thankful outlook on life and let him be a beacon of light and joy, a miracle for everyone around him.
Lord Jesus, bless him always with a loving, nurturing, and safe environment. Let him always feel Your love and security around him. Bless him with peaceful nights, refreshing mornings, and calm, restful days forever. Put an armor, a hedge of protection, and ministry angels over and around him at all times, Psalm 91:11-12 For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won't dash your foot against a stone.
Lord Jesus, we pray for Godly, reliable caregivers who are dependable, loving, patient, and dedicated to bringing out the best version of him. We declare that this year will be a year of Your unity, peace, favors, victory, blessings, healing, restoration, respect, breakthrough, and miracles for him. We join our faith with his and all the prayer warriors faithfully praying for him. We thank You for Your faithfulness.
We also want to address the obsession behaviors mentioned. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. We need to honor God with our bodies Corinthians 6:19-20. The behavior of wetting towels and throwing away food is not honoring to God. This is wasteful and does not demonstrate good stewardship of the resources God has provided. We pray that these behaviors will stop and be replaced with behaviors that honor God. We pray that he will learn to value and respect the provisions God has given him.
Together we declare that he will break the bondage of these obsessive behaviors. Jesus tells us that the Spirit of the Lord is upon Him, because He has anointed Him to preach good news to the poor. He has sent Him to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim release to the captives, recovery of sight to the blind, and to deliver those who are crushed. We join our faith with his and all the prayer warriors and declare that Jesus will set him free from these obsessive behaviors. We declare that he will be delivered from the spirit of fear. We declare that he will have a sound mind, self-control, and be sober-minded. We declare that he will live a life of freedom in Christ Jesus. This is our prayer, and we thank you Jesus for the victory and freedom that is his in Christ Jesus. In Jesus' name we pray.
Amen.
