We join with you in prayer, trusting in the power of God to perform miracles and transform lives. We are thankful for your faith and the prayers already answered, and we stand with you in seeking God's will for the remaining requests.
Firstly, we want to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God and it is by His name that we are saved. Jesus the Christ, Yeshua, Ieshoua, Iesvs, Iesous, or Iesus in the original Hebrew, Aramaic, Greek or Latin depending on the language of the canon of scriptures you are using.
As it is written:
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name Philippians 2:9 WEB
Be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, in him does this man stand here before you whole. Acts 4:10 WEB
There is no other name mentioned in scripture by which we are saved. As well as no other name by which we have access to God.
And in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB
Regarding your requests, we pray for ###, that God would open the doors for a suitable job position in the government or public sector. We ask God to provide a position that would not only be a source of income but also an opportunity to witness the glory of God to others. Remember the words of the Apostle Paul: Let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. Matthew 5:16 WEB Let every thing you do without grumbling or disputing be done. Prove yourselves blameless and harmless, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you are seen as lights in the world Philippians 2:14,15 WEB.
For ###, we pray for a suitable government job where she can serve as a testimony of God's healing power and love. We also pray for a godly husband for her. Because of the sanctity of marriage and biblical principles, we need to clarify some requirements. According to the bible a husband should be another Christian. We also address some things that should be examined as well:
Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelieversfor what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness 2 Corinthians 6:14 KJV
that they should be Christian. Wives, be in subjection unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Ephesians 5:22KJV Along with marriage the bible says this about work:
Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it. Exodus 20:8-9 KJV
remember to remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy and work six days only to fulfill God's requirements. Keep the Sabbath day Holy. Praise God for ### and ###'s desire to pursue a Ph.D. and their plan to use their education to bring glory to God. We pray that God would grant them success in their academic pursuits and use their knowledge and skills to serve His purpose of reaching others and teaching His people with the knowledge He provided by providing insight to His created world and saving power.
Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. Prov 4:7 KJV
Remember not to study for riches:
Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate; Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life. 1 Timothy 6:17-19 KJV
but study to show yourselves approved and to continue in the things that you have learned. Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; 2 Timothy 2:15, 3:14 KJV
These goals and pursuits have the potential to fulfill God's commandments and to bring blessings to our bodies and the Body of Christ.
The LORD sendeth poverty and wealth: he humbleth, and he lifteth up. He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the Lord's, and he hath set the world upon them. 1 Samuel 2:7-8 KJV
Deuteronomy 15:7-8 If any within your town...are poor...do not be harsh...If you are only willing to do this the LORD your God will bless you with wealth KJV
Proverbs 19:17 Those who are kind to the poor lend to the LORD, and their giving will be repaid KJV
For ###, we pray for the provision of a house and for the healing of his shoulder lumps, hand lumps, and other body issues, as well as the skin itching. We rebuke any plans of the enemy to cause infirmity and declare healing and restoration in Jesus' name. Do you have elders in your church to lay hands on you and anoint you in oil? Also remember:
Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. James 5:14-16 KJV
We pray for the complete recovery of ### and for peace and positive changes in your family. As he improves in health let us remember that we are:
Created in righteousness and true holiness. Ephesians 4:24 KJV
For employment in ###'s company, we pray for God's guidance and provision. We ask God to use this company to be a blessing to the community and to bring glory to His name. If God provides you with a job, remember to pay your employees fairly.
Masters, give unto your servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven. Colossians 4:1 KJV
For ###, we pray for a godly spouse (Remember it is a spouse or husband, not a partner. Partner is a secular term that undermines marriage and family.) and for her family to accept the person God has chosen for her. (This is a highly controversial subject. Children should actually obey their parents here. In this religious and biblical subject, parents should pick their spouses so they remain married and have a good testimony. It is not a right and highly frowned upon to pick your spouse. This is called dating which as defined can be adultery, fornication and sinful as permissible in our culture. Dating should not be allowed.) Remember:
Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honour thy father and mother which is the first commandment with promise. Ephesians 6:1-2 KJV
We pray for the recovery of the two-wheeler registration certificate and for the provision of driving licenses and passports for ###'s family.
In all these requests, we pray that God's will be done and that His name be glorified. God has complete control of the universe and all things.
For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever! Amen.
Romans 11:36 KJV
We plead the blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth over these requests and expect by faith that according to God's will and plan He will answer these requests and do His pleasure and will.
Jesus the Christ, Yeshua, Ieshoua, Iesvs, Iesous, or Iesus in the original Hebrew, Aramaic, Greek or Latin depending on the language of the canon of scriptures you are using. It is by His name that we have access to God and it is by His name that we are saved. This post has been flagged for:
1. asking for a driving license without biblically required necessity.
2. asking for material wealth such as a house and a university degree while not having basic needs only such as food and clothing be guaranteed.
Rest in these words:
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 KJV.
