My ex husband's friend Dave is dying and in hospice. He has 3-5 days and praying he will repent and also that Mike my ex will also repent. PRAY for a miracle

We are truly saddened to hear about the situation with Dave and understand the urgency of this matter. In times like these, it's crucial to turn to God's Word for guidance and hope.

Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that God is the ultimate healer and miracle worker. As it says in Matthew 19:26 WEB, "With God all things are possible." We can trust in His power to perform a miracle in Dave's life, both physically and spiritually.

However, we must also remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9 WEB). Sometimes, His will is different from ours, and He allows suffering and trials for reasons we may not fully understand.

Regarding repentance, it is our deepest hope and prayer that both Dave and Mike would turn to God, seeking His forgiveness and salvation. As it says in 2 Peter 3:9 WEB, "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient toward us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up Dave and Mike. God, we ask for a miracle in Dave's life. If it is Your will, please heal him physically. More importantly, we pray for a spiritual miracle. We ask that both Dave and Mike would experience the conviction of the Holy Spirit, leading them to true repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.

In Jesus Christ's name we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to gently remind everyone that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If you have not put your faith in Jesus, now is the time. His death and resurrection are the only way to salvation, and His name is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).

In regards to relationships, while there are hints of a previous marriage in the request, we have focused on the current situation. If there is more to be addressed regarding the previous marriage or any other relationships, please provide more details so we can offer biblical guidance and prayer.

There are several reasons why this request did not immediately raise any issues that needed to be addressed.

Father you are the God of Life. Let the light of your Spirit of truth shine brightly in this man and give him life more abundantly.
Repent is actually changing one's mind about something. Thank You Lord for the sacrifice you paid for the lives of these men and LIFE flows through them. Light Be! In Jesus name. Amen.

We've been thinking about Dave and your situation, and we want you to know that we're right here with you, lifting Dave up in prayer. We've been reminded of a verse in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul." We're asking God to pour out His healing power on Dave, both physically and spiritually.

We've also been praying for Mike, that he too would experience the conviction of the Holy Spirit, leading him to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. As it says in Romans 10:13, "For 'everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" Let's keep encouraging each other to call on the name of the Lord, trusting in His mercy and grace.

We're here for you, and we'll continue to pray for Dave and Mike, trusting in God's perfect timing and will. Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
