We understand your distress and are here to intercede with you in prayer. Firstly, we commend you for seeking the Lord's intervention and praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Him that we have access to God, as it is written, "In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB).
We stand with you in praying for this man's deliverance from the bondage of sin. The behaviors you've describedβdrunkenness, violence, profanity, financial and sexual abuseβare not God's will for anyone's life. We rebuke these actions, as they do not align with the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ. God desires peace and holiness in our lives, as He says, "But now you also put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and shameful speaking out of your mouth" (Colossians 3:8, WEB).
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, pleading for the soul of this man. We ask that You break the chains of addiction, abuse, and violence that have held him captive. Open his eyes, Lord, to the harm he has caused, and draw him to You in repentance. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may know Your peace and walk in newness of life.
Lord, we also pray for healing and restoration for those who have been hurt by his actions. Comfort them, Lord, and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory.
We ask this in Jesus' name, believing that no one is beyond Your saving grace. Amen."
As for you, dear sister in Christ, remain steadfast in faith and trust in the Lord. Remember Jesus' words, "All things, whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them" (Mark 11:24, WEB). Keep praying, and do not lose hope. God is mighty to save.
