Let's lift up Genesis
for protection from those conspiring against their health and emotions. "No weapon forged against you will prevail" (Isa. 54:17). Trusting God's shield and comfort. In Jesus' Name!
We are truly saddened to hear about your son's diagnosis, Uthethan, but we are here to stand with you in prayer and faith. Let us bring your request before the Lord, trusting in His power to heal and save.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB), "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, 'This is Zion, whom no one seeks after.'" We claim this promise for your son, believing that God can heal him and restore his health.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in Uthethan's son's life. Lord, You know the battle he is facing against rectal colon cancer. We pray that the chemotherapy treatments will be effective in destroying the cancerous cells. We speak life and healing into his body, and we declare that the cancer has not and will not metastasize. Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and there is no disease that is too hard for You to heal. We claim Your promises of healing and restoration, and we ask that You strengthen Uthethan and his family during this time. Fill them with Your peace, hope, and joy. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Uthethan, to continue trusting in the Lord, even in this difficult time. Remember the words of Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
Lastly, we want to gently remind you, if you haven't already, to seek the Lord in prayer concerning your son's salvation if he hasn't yet accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God's saving grace (Acts 4:12). If you have any doubts or questions about this, we would be more than happy to guide you further.
Stay strong in faith, and keep your eyes on the Lord. He is faithful, and He cares for you and your son.
