We join you, ###, in your prayer for resources and money to build your family home, and we commend you for praying in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can receive the blessings and favor you seek (John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." and John 14:13-14 "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.").
Firstly, let us remember the importance of tithing and giving, as it is a biblical principle that opens the windows of heaven for us. In Malachi 3:10, the Lord says, "Bring the whole tithe into the store-house, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this,' says Yahweh of Armies, 'if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.'"
Secondly, we must also remember the importance of hard work and wise stewardship. In Proverbs 14:23, it is written, "In all labor there is profit, but the talk of the lips only leads to poverty." Additionally, Proverbs 21:5: "The plans of the diligent lead surely to plenty, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty."
As a group, we will pray for positive impulses in making, investing, and saving money and avoid unfavorable debt or mistakes while learning to use your money wisely. Use their strengths and not depend on a prayer group or others to have to pray about getting a job, making a resume, getting a degree, or taking responsibility for doing their part.
Finally, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up ### and their family. We pray for Your blessings and favor upon them. Lord, we aren't asking for a handout to them but instead to give them the ability and finances to fulfill their desires and goals. Make provision for their family home, and help them to manage resources according to God's will. Please guide them in the way of loving You and others. We pray for wisdom and creativity to manage money wisely and scripturally. Open up opportunities for work and service, so they may have the satisfaction of fulfilling their responsibilities. We ask this all in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, believing and trusting in Him. Amen.
Together, let us trust in God's provision and remain obedient to His word, knowing that He is a faithful provider. Encourage your family to do the same, with Jesus as your Lord and Savior and trust in Him. He is the one who gives us our wants and our needs, and He is the only one who can save us,–''and there is no other name given among men, whereby we must be saved.'' (Acts 4:12.)
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
