Firstly, we must trust in God's timing and plans for our lives. As it is written in Proverbs 16:9 WEB, "A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps." We should pray for God's will to be done and for Him to guide your career path.
We also need to remember the importance of diligence and patience in our job search. In Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB, it is written, "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in Sheol, where you are going."
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up this job seeker. We ask that You guide them in their job search and that Your will be done in their career. We pray for the hiring managers, recruiters, and everyone involved in the process, that they would have discernment and wisdom to see the skills and potential in this applicant. However, Lord, if this favorite company is not where You want them to be, we pray that You would close that door and open the right one. We trust in Your timing and plans. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We're right there with you, praying for your job search. We've been asking the Lord to guide the hiring managers and recruiters, that they might see your skills and potential clearly. We're trusting that He's got the perfect timing and plan for you, just as it says in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Let's keep seeking His face together and trust that He's working all things out for your good.
