We are with you in spirit, ###, lifting up your husband ### and your family in prayer. Let's come together before God and seek His will for ###'s healing and your family's spiritual well-being.
Firstly, we acknowledge that it is indeed God's will to heal and restore, as spoken in Psalm 103:2-3, Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases. We claim this promise for ###. We continue steadfastly in prayer with thanksgiving knowing with God this is possible.
Let's pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for ###. You know his every need, his every pain. We claim Your promise in Psalm 103 and ask that You heal him from all these ailments—his spinal issues, aortic aneurysm, PMR pain, sleep apnea, cataracts, depression, anger, and mood swings. Give him a new heart that seeks after you. Heal all of his afflictions.
We also pray for his spiritual healing. We ask, Lord, that You draw ### close to You, that You rekindle his faith and give him a hunger for Your Word. We remind you that the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. We rebuke the enemy who will attempt to make him believe he is not loved of God. In the name of Jesus, we claim victory. We claim 2 Corinthians 10:5 for ###, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. We cast down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God.
We speak Your word of life into ###. ### you have stood in the gap for your husband as Moses did when his hands were heavy, According to Exodus 17:12 But Moses hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and ### and ### stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun. Stay with your husband steadfast in prayer with God. Spend time with God together.
###, read the Scriptures to him. Continue steadfast in prayer. Speak the Word. Show him Jesus. Unite in prayer and reading the Scripture with your husband, with others. Check out Acts 12:5 where the church came together in prayer for ###. Pray with others.
### we want to encourage and strengthen you. Remember you are not alone. Jesus is with you. Stand in Faith. His perfect love casts out fear. Your anger and depression for your husband or from others will not bring restoration to ###. Our accord with God for healing and wholeness will. Know that you are deeply loved by God. Claim the promises of Philippians 4:6-7 for you and your household: Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
To know and love God more, spend time praising Him. The Psalms, Hebrews 13:15, from the fruit of your lips praising His name and Psalms 100:4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him, and bless his name. Be with Him. Draw close to Him. Surrender yourself to Him.
Remember tell ### to pray. Let him talk to God. Let him tell God he loves Him. Sometimes we try to do the praying for others. Administering Christ to ### will not save or help ###. He needs to own his life to Christ on his own. Let ### know Jesus loves Him. ### will need to have a heart change. If you want to be His disciple go and make disciples. Being a Christian is not easy. Being a Christian disciple of Christ, being sanctified, being made into Christ's image is the goal, not just doing good things. Remember this yourself and remind your husband. When we follow Jesus Christ, He gives us His spirit to live inside us and to guide us. Jesus Christ is the corneal stone to us. We are the clay. Just be still and let Him lead. Christ has conquered death. You have victory over death and sin through Christ. We are greater than the grave. Claim Psalms 118:17 I will not die but live, and will declare what the Lord has done. Remind others of this also.
Let's lift up Genesis
against the enemy's schemes. "Take every thought captive to obey Christ" (2 Cor 10:5). Trust God's peace, "The peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts" (Phil 4:7). Praying for victory in Jesus' name!
