If there was sexual immorality or other sins involved in your relationship or addiction, turn from them. We must always be mindful that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should strive to live our lives in a way that honors God.
Moreover, it's crucial to seek God's will in all things, including relationships. The Bible tells us, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. Instead of focusing on getting your ex back, focus on seeking God's will for your life. He may have a different plan for you, and it's essential to be open to that.

Help them to turn away from sin, and turn towards you. Guide them in your will for their life, and give them the strength to follow you. If it is your will, Lord, we pray for reconciliation and restoration in this relationship. But above all, we pray for your will to be done. Help them to trust in you completely, leaning not on their own understanding, and acknowledge you in all their ways.
