Micro Manager trying to fire me

I started a new job 5 months ago and within 3 months I got a new manager who monitors my ever move and work I do. Looking for what she can say is wrong. She keeps knocking me down over anything and if she can’t find something, she will create something. I know she wants to get right of me but before that happens, I am praying to find another job so I can quit this one. Please pray that I get another job fast or put into a different group quickly. We understand your distress and are here to support you in prayer and guidance. We are reminded of the words of the Lord to endure suffering as a good soldier, obeying those in authority over us even if unfair. (2 Timothy 2:3) But we also acknowledge the wisdom in seeking a more suitable environment when possible.

Firstly, let us address the spiritual aspect of your situation. We are called to work diligently and honestly, as if working for the Lord himself, not for man. (Colossians 3:23-24 WEB) "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." This perspective can provide peace and purpose in difficult work situations.

However, it is also important to recognize that God does not intend for us to remain in situations where we are being harmed or unfairly treated. Your new manager may not realize their own misconduct but you can still seek out other opportunities without having a bitter heart towards them. Seeking another job or a different group within your current organization may indeed be the best course of action, if that is the path the Lord intends for you. We know that His word says "The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?".

Let us pray:

Almighty God, we come before You in this hour to pray for Your child Naugissa. Lord, You see the injustice and unfair treatment they are experiencing at their workplace. We pray that You will give them the strength and wisdom to endure this trial. Guide them, Lord, as they seek new employment or a different group within their current organization. Open the doors that need to be opened and close those that need to be closed. Give them peace and patience during this transition. Lord, triumph over every plot running against their life nefariously. provided it does not collaborate with your lives plans. In

We're right there with you, Naugissa. It's tough feeling constantly under scrutiny and we're sorry you're going through this. We're reminded of how Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28) Let's lean into that promise together.

We've been there, where it feels like you're being hunted, but remember, "You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot." (Matthew 5:13) You're valuable, just as you are. Your manager's actions don't define your worth.
