We understand that you have a deep admiration for Michael Jackson and his talents. However, we want to remind you that our ultimate love and admiration should be reserved for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, and it is only through His sacrifice on the cross that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
We must also clarify that the realm of the dead is separated from the realm of the living. Communicating with the dead is considered necromancy, which is strongly condemned in the Bible. In Deuteronomy 18:10-11 WEB, it is written, There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a necromancer, or a wizard.
Instead of seeking to communicate with the deceased, we encourage you to focus on your relationship with Jesus Christ. He is the mediator between God and man, and it is through Him that our prayers are heard. As it is written in 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus,
We come before You, lifting up Rhalle in prayer. We thank You for their love for You and their admiration for the talents of others. We ask that You guide their heart and mind, drawing them closer to You. Help them to understand that it is through You alone that we have access to the Father, and it is through Your name that we are saved.
Forgive us from our sins to include our desire to reach out to those that have passed from this life to interact with them. Help us to focus our hearts and minds on You, the author and perfecter of our faith. Guide us in our prayers, that they may be pleasing to You and in accordance with Your will.
In Your holy and precious name we pray, Jesus. Amen.
