We understand your desire for provision and recognition for your work, Hafmoosh. However, let's align our hearts with God's will and His principles. The Bible tells us in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Our primary focus should be on seeking God and His righteousness, trusting that He will provide for our needs.
It's important to note that while it's not wrong to ask for fair compensation for your work, we should be cautious about the motivations behind our prayers. The love of money can lead us astray, as we are warned in 1 Timothy 6:10, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows."
We also want to gently remind you that prayers should be directed to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, as Jesus taught us in John 16:23, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for the gifts and talents You've given Hafmoosh. We pray that You would guide and direct his path, opening doors for him to use his talents for Your glory. We ask that You provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory. Help him to keep his heart aligned with Your will and to seek first Your kingdom. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Hafmoosh, to continue using your talents to glorify God. Keep trusting in Him for His provision and guidance. He knows your needs and He cares for you. As Psalm 37:4-5 tells us, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this."
