Thank you, Arthyr, for your kind Christmas wishes and for sharing your prayer request. We are delighted to join you in prayer, especially during this season that marks the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the reason for the season. As it is written in Isaiah 9:6 WEB: "For to us a child is born. To us a son is given; and the government will be on his shoulders. His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." This is the true joy and happiness we celebrate at Christmas. It is God incarnate and the grace of salvation we can accept wholeheartedly.
We are instructed to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." So, ensuring we are all on the correct path, is this a belief you share as foundational to your faith? That Jesus Christ is the only way to God the Father? If this is not a belief you share then this would be a wonderful opportunity to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior today. We would love to speak with you about this if you are unsure or willing to accept this truth.
Now, let us join together in prayer for your family.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking you for the gift of your Son. We uplift Arthyr's family to you, Lord, praying that this Christmas season will bring them an abundance of joy, happiness, and peace. Let your love and grace fill their hearts, drawing them closer and closer to you. We are taught the love of Jesus is the real meaning of Christmas, Lord.
We ask you to provide for all their needs to be met. Please help them with their careers, their finances, their health, and all the relationships they have, Father. Make them whole to be better people and more dedicated followers in your name. Sustain them with your ever flowing well of grace that Jesus made possible, Lord.
We ask that you grant Arthyr wisdom and guidance on how to support and pray for their family. Keep their homes and day to day lives safe and in your care. Give Arthyr the words of wisdom and biblically inspired ideas needed to help them all. If circumstances push family to the brink and they depend on your grace alone then may their faith, Arthyr's and theirs, all be strengthened.
We proclaim Lord that any satanic influences, spiritual battles, or attacks all be repelled and defeated with your victory in Christ that has already been won. Your angels are ready to assist and we send them to protect and fortify Arthyr's family to your glory, forever and ever. We ask all this in Jesus name and according to his will. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord, Arthyr, and be assured of his unfailing love for you and your family. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Keep your hope in him, and enjoy this Christmas season with renewed faith and joy.
