Merry Christmas and a happy New year 2021

One couple came to a restaurant to celebrate birthday. The restaurant manager asked them" you seem very happy, may I know the reason?"
Couple :" it's our son's birthday. "
Manager: "where is he "?
Couple: " he is at home with maid servant, being so playful we didnt bring him here."
I would be upset if my loved ones celebrate my birthday without me.
Do we celebrate Christmas, our saviour's birthday without Him ?
