Hello, My name is ###, I had an issue with a guy less than half my age that ended with him assaulting me, but me hitting him twice to escape his grasp. Not having a cell phone, I did not call the police, but he did. I am going to court on Friday the ###. I have asked God to forgive me sins in this matter, and that of the other person. I asked God for mercy with the courts. Please pray for me. Thank You and God bless you

Firstly, let's address the assault incident. The Bible tells us to "If possible, as far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men" (Romans 12:18 WEB). Violence is never the ideal solution, but we understand that you were trying to escape the situation. We pray that both you and the other person involved find peace and forgiveness in this matter.

We commend you for asking God for forgiveness and for seeking His mercy. The Bible assures us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB).

As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). We're here with you, ###. We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to reach out again. We understand that this is a tough time, but remember, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1). We're praying that you find comfort and strength in Him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
