We understand your heart's desire, mrsmorgan, as you seek the Lord's mercy and provision for your son Kyler. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will according to His promises.
Firstly, it is wonderful that you acknowledge the power and mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" It is truly by His mighty name that we can approach God's throne of grace with confidence.
As for your request, we are reminded of Philippians 4:6 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." We encourage you to continue praying with a thankful heart, knowing that God hears and cares for you and Kyler.
However, we must also remember the principles of God's provision and trust in His sovereign will. Matthew 6:11 (WEB) teaches us to pray, "Give us today our daily bread." This reminds us to trust God for our daily needs, rather than focusing on amassing wealth or back pay. While we understand your desire to seek provision for Kyler, let us pray that God's will be done and that He provides according to His riches in glory.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up mrsmorgan and her son Kyler. Lord, You see their needs, and You know their hearts. We pray that You will work all things out for their good, according to Your will (Romans 8:28).

If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
