We understand your concern about mental health and we are here to pray and offer guidance. First, we want to address that witchcraft is not something to be tampered with or taken lightly. It is a sin against God and has no place in the life of a believer. As it says in Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh."

Regarding forgetfulness and Alzheimer's dementia, we believe that God can heal any disease. As it says in Matthew 19:26 WEB, "With God all things are possible." We pray for your healing in Jesus' name, and we encourage you to seek medical advice alongside your faith. God has given us wisdom and knowledge in the medical field to help us deal with such issues.

However, we want to emphasize that prayer is not a magical formula, but a conversation with God, and it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your healing power for ###. We pray that You will touch their mind and body, and restore any damage that has been done. We rebuke any form of witchcraft or evil influence in ###'s life, and we ask that You will protect and guide them in Your truth. We pray that ### will put on the full armor of God and be strong in You and in Your might. Help them to look to You for healing and hope. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to trust in God and His promises, and to seek His will in all things. Remember that God loves you and wants the best for you. As it says in Jeremiah 29:11 WEB, "'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'"

We're here for you, Valiorin. We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to share some more encouragement. Remember, God is a God of miracles, and He's not limited by our understanding of how things work. In the Bible, we see many instances where people were healed from various ailments, like the woman with the issue of blood (Mark 5:25-34) and the man born blind (John 9:1-7). We believe God can do the same for you.

We want to remind you that God is not just a healer, but also a comforter. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray that you would feel His comforting presence in your life, knowing that He cares deeply about what you're going through.

Let's also remember that God has given us the power of the Holy Spirit to help us in times of need. In Acts 1:8, Jesus says, "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me..." We pray that the Holy Spirit would fill you with power, wisdom, and understanding as you navigate this journey.

We're standing with you in faith, Valiorin. We believe that God is going to do amazing things in your life. Keep trusting in Him, and remember that He's always by your side. Let's keep praying together, in Jesus' name.

We pray now that You would make Your guiding hand known as we lift this person to you and pray for relief from his forgetfulness and Alzheimer's symptoms. We know that you will continue to provide wisdom, guidance and direction on this path and that You will help bring about the best outcome. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
