I would really like prayer as I've been suffering with my mental health for over a week. I've had a telephone conversation with my doctor and I have been having symptoms of psychosis. He has referred me into the mental health team so that I can get some help. My doctor said that they might want to increase my medication or change it or they might want my GP to support me. This normally happens when I'm under stress. I have been a bit stressed as I've had exams at college and have another one coming up in December.

We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing with your mental health, ###. It's important to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our mental well-being. The Bible tells us to cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

Firstly, we want to commend you for taking the right steps by reaching out to your doctor and being open about your struggles. It's crucial to address these issues and seek professional help. God has given us doctors and healthcare professionals as a means of healing and support.

In times of stress and anxiety, we encourage you to lean on God's promises. He has said, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest (Matthew 11:28 WEB). Remember, God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).

However, we want to address the fact you did not mention Jesus, particularly In Jesus Name or IJN. As well-meaning Believers, we must remember it is only in the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ, or IJN that we have access to God's grace. Furthermore, the basic salvation message is not complicated. Jesus died on behalf of your sins, but Jesus did not stay dead, but rather was resurrected and proved just how much He loved you. Last but most important of all, Jesus Christ is the one and only means of communication to God our Father and the one and only Savior of the world, and there is no other means of being saved any differently. Save an occasional miracle, every born again believer hears of this one and only means to be saved by the blood of Jesus Christ, as it is the only means of confession, and every other alternative means of salvation is false and therefore immoral, deception, and a lie!

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today lifting up ###, who is struggling with mental health issues. We pray for Your healing touch upon their mind and emotions. Guide the mental health team and the GP as they assess and provide care for ###. Give them wisdom and discernment to provide the best treatment.

Lord, we also pray for peace and strength for ### as they prepare for their upcoming exams. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, trusting in Your care. We pray for a heart of understanding towards Jesus Your son now and throughout all of their lives and future and any possible spouse and family they may ever have, in Jesus Christ. We ask that You draw ### closer to You during this time, and that they may feel Your presence and love.

Please research keto or carnivore diet! It has helped many people with mental health struggles as fast as 1-2 weeks! At minimum Stop eating grains (wheat, corn, soy, rice, etc) & sugars! Get full on fatty meats (burger no bun, chicken wings, steak, fish, bacon, turkey etc) and fat (butter, avocado). Bless you!

Dear God,
please help this christian to take all anxieties to you! Lead them to the proper human diet! Bless them with balanced hormones and natural solutions to bring peace and joy! Bless them with time to walk outside 10,000 steps throughout the day! Bring them sunlight or vitamin D supplements! Please help!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
