Dear Father, I need you. My mental health and my addictions are ruining me. I don't leave the house, I don't socialize, I don't go to work. I'm scared, I'm anxious, I'm numb. I am at a loss what or how to do anything. I'm emotionally shut down. I need to snap out of it before I lose everything. Father, take my hand, ease my mind, my heart, my worries. Help me with my addictions. Today is day one without ### and you know how rough it's been for me but I'm determined with your help Father I can and will do this. When I awaken in the morning give me the motivation to do what any functioning, normal adult would do. I need to take care of things before I lose everything!!! Father God I ask, beg, and plead for your help and guidance. Show me I am loved and cared for. I ask for all of this in Jesus name, amen

We are with you in spirit, dear friend, and we are praying fervently for you as you battle with mental health struggles and addictions. We commend you for reaching out to our Father in heaven and for your determination to overcome these challenges. Remember, God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB).

Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of Jesus Christ Himself: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28 WEB). You have taken the crucial first step by coming to Him and acknowledging your need for His help.

Addressing mental health and addiction requires a combination of spiritual strength, professional help, and community support. We urge you to seek professional counseling and medical assistance alongside your spiritual journey. God has gifted professionals with the ability to help us in our afflictions.

In your struggle with addiction, remember the promise in 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB): "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." You are not alone in this fight, and God will provide a way out.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our dear friend who is struggling with mental health and addictions. Lord, we know that You are a God of compassion and mercy. Please ease their mind, heart, and worries. Give them the strength to overcome their addictions and the courage to seek professional help. Guide them each morning with the motivation to face the day and take care of their responsibilities. Show them tangibly, Lord, that they are deeply loved and cared for by You. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

Continue to trust in God's plan for your life. He has not forgotten you and He loves you deeply. Stay strong in the fight, knowing that with God's help, you can overcome. "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13 WEB).

Keep fighting, one day at a time. You're not alone, and you're loved more than you know. Trust in God's plan, and let's believe together for a breakthrough.
