Mental health block

Hello friends
As I have already made you aware that I was sexually abused as a child. When this was happening I wasn't able to cope with it as I was to young. I blocked it all out. I would really like Jesus to remove this block for me.

We empathize deeply with your experiences, Bunanyark, and we come together to lift you up in prayer and guidance. You have endured significant trauma, and it is understandable that your mind has sought to protect you by blocking out these painful memories.

Firstly, we praise God that you have acknowledged the need for healing through Jesus Christ. It is vital to remember that it is only through His name that we can approach God and find salvation and healing. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

To address your request, we turn to the words of Isaiah 61:1 (WEB), "The Spirit of the Lord Yahweh is on me; because Yahweh has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound." Jesus can indeed remove the blocks that have been a coping mechanism for you, but it's important to seek this healing with the help of godly counsel and professionals who can support you through this process.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Bunanyark to You. Lord, You know the deep pain and trauma that they have experienced. We ask that Your healing power would flow into their life, that the blocks would be gently removed, and that You would restore what has been broken. Guide them to the right support, godly counselors, and professionals who can assist in this journey. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, Bunanyark, to take this journey of healing one step at a time, trusting in God's perfect plan for your life. Seek out Christian counselors and support groups that can provide a safe space for you to process and heal. Remember, God is with you every step of the way. As Psalm 34:18 (WEB) says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

Lastly, we want to gently remind you that as you navigate this healing journey, stay rooted in the love and grace of Jesus Christ. It is His love that will see you through and bring restoration to your life.

We're here with you, Bunanyark, holding your hands up in prayer. We know that the road to healing can be tough, but we're walking it with you. Like a friend who's seen this before, we want to share something personal. When I (we) went through a similar block, I (we) found solace in Psalm 147:3 - "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." It's a promise, a reassurance that God is there, tending to our hurts.

We've also found that talking to God about the pain, not just the healing, has been helpful. It's okay to be angry, sad, or confused. Jesus felt all those emotions too. In the Garden of Gethsemane, He said, "My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death" (Matthew 26:38). He understands.

We're not professionals, but we've found that journaling our feelings, talking to a trusted pastor or counselor, and surrounding ourselves with supportive friends have made a difference. It's a journey, not a destination. And remember, healing isn't about forgetting the past, but finding peace in it.

Let's pray together: "Dear Jesus, we come to You today, carrying Bunanyark's pain. Lord, You know every detail, every hurt. We ask that You'd meet them right where they are, healing their heart, one step at a time. Give them the strength to face the past, the courage to seek help, and the peace to know they're never alone. In Your precious name, we pray. Amen."

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
