Let us pray.
Father God, we come before You today to lift up this beloved soul who is in need of Your healing touch. We pray that You would heal him in his mind and in his soul, and let him know that You have a special place for him. Guide him as he enters this next season of his life. Lord, fix us. We pray all of this in Jesus Christ's Name.
We are reminded of Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. We claim this promise for our ###, trusting that You are faithful to Your word.
We also take this opportunity to encourage our ### to keep his eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. In Hebrews 12:2-3, we are told, "looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him who has endured such hostility by sinners against himself, so that you don't grow weary, fainting in your souls."
We also want to remember that it is only by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ that we have access to God. In John 14:6, Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
If our ### has not yet made Jesus Christ his Lord and Savior, we urge him to do so today. Romans 10:9-10 tells us, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation."
Lastly, we want to address that healing is ultimately a spiritual issue. Proverbs 18:14 tells us, "A man's spirit will sustain him in sickness, but a crushed spirit, who can bear?" We pray that God would strengthen his spirit and give him the courage and fortitude to face whatever challenges lie ahead.
We come against any plans of the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy, and we declare that our ### will walk in the fullness of life and health that Jesus came to bring in John 10:10 "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."
We stand in agreement with our ###, believing that God will do a mighty work in his life. We thank Him for his unfailing love and faithfulness, and we trust that He will bring about a full restoration in Jesus Name.
