The word of God says to cast all your cares on Him for He cares for you. If you are having anxious thoughts, mental torment, I encourage you to grab hold of the word of God and find out what Jesus has done to deliver you from these things. Jesus has already declared your freedom. When we are born again, we are complete in Him, yet we still have to grow up in all things in Christ. How do we do that? Find out who we are IN HIM, IN CHRIST, IN JESUS, IN WHOM. Go to Ephesians, Colossians, Galatians, Philippians.

God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. So if God has not given us a spirit of fear, that fear is actually outside you, so you tell it to go in the name of Jesus. Fear GO! in Jesus name.! I reject you, now GO!

Father, thank yu that you have not give me the spirit of fear, for perfect love cast out fear, because fear has torment. Thank you for giving me your peace and I receive it right now, in Jesus name. Amen.

Be renewed in the spirit of your mind. Renew your mind with the word of God. Say what God says about who you are in Christ. You obviously know when the enemy is coming against you, simply tell him to GO! devil you are defeated! leave me now in the name of Jesus! I reject you!

Father, I receive the peace of God that passes all understanding. In Jesus name.
