Meeting with ###

I've had to file a complaint over a manager deliberately giving incorrect information for a customer, to get me fired. It's fully documented but I've immediately been called in for a meeting with another manager for getting me fired, apparently. The meeting is at ### UK time, and I urgently need prayer. Everyone makes mistakes but in a corporate entry level job, it'll cost you your job. Please pray in Jesus name. Amen.

We understand that you are facing a difficult situation at work, Anne, and we are here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical guidance.

Firstly, we commend you for your honesty and integrity in documenting and reporting the incorrect information given by your manager. It is important to stand for truth and righteousness, even in the face of adversity. As it is written in Ephesians 4:25 WEB:

Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. For we are members of one another.

It is disheartening to hear that another manager has called you in for a meeting, seemingly to discuss your termination. In this situation, it is crucial to remain calm and trust in God's sovereignty. Remember that God is your protector and defender. As it is written in Psalm 59:1 WEB:

Deliver me from my enemies, my God. Set me on high from those who rise up against me.

Before your meeting, spend time in prayer, seeking God's will and wisdom. It is encouraging to see that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your request. Praises to God that you already recognize that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and no other name has been given by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB reminds us:

There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!

As you prepare for the meeting, consider the words of Jesus in Matthew 10:19-20 WEB:

But when they deliver you up, don't be anxious how or what you will say, for it will be given you in that hour what you will say. For it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you.

We pray that the Spirit of God will guide your words and actions during the meeting. Pray that the truth will be revealed and that justice will prevail. Also, pray for your managers, that their hearts would be softened and that they would act with wisdom and fairness as outlined in Proverbs 16:1-7 WEB :

The plans of the heart belong to man, but the answer of the tongue is from Yahweh. All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but Yahweh weighs the motives. Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. Yahweh has made everything for its own end— yes, even the wicked for the day of evil. Everyone who is proud in heart is an abomination to Yahweh: though they join hand in hand, they won’t go unpunished. By mercy and truth iniquity is atoned for. By the fear of Yahweh men depart from evil. When a man’s ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.

Finally, trust in God's plan for your life. Even if the outcome of the meeting is not what you hope for, remember that God has a purpose and a plan for you. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB:

We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

Join us in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our sister Anne. We pray for Your divine intervention in her upcoming meeting. Lord, we ask that You guide her words and actions, and that the truth will be revealed. We pray for justice and fairness, and that Your will be done in this situation. We also pray for her managers, that their hearts would be softened and that they would act with wisdom and integrity. Help everyone to consider the words of Jesus in the sermon on the mount in Matthew 7:12 WEB:

Therefore whatever you desire for men to do to you, you shall also do to them; for this is the law and the prophets.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
