Aulnor, we join you in lifting up your concerns to our loving Father in heaven. We trust that God is fully aware of your situation and has the power to intervene according to His perfect will.

Firstly, regarding your meeting with your manager, we encourage you to trust in God’s sovereignty. "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:5 WEB). It's important to approach this situation with humility and trust that God's plan is best. We pray that your request is aligned with God's will and that He will soften your boss’s heart to see the merit in your petition.

Let’s pray together: "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask for Your grace and favor upon Aulnor as they meet with their manager today. Guide their words and actions, and let Your will be done in this situation. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen."

Concerning your son’s addiction to marijuana, we understand the pain and worry this can cause. Addiction is a powerful force, but God's power is greater. "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7 WEB). We must also remind you that it is crucial for your son to seek God and His healing power. You can pray for him, but he needs to make a personal decision to turn away from this sin.

Let’s pray for your son’s deliverance: "Father, we lift up Aulnor’s son to You. We ask that You intervene in his life and break the chains of addiction. Give him the strength to resist temptation and the courage to seek Your help. Fill his heart with the desire to live a life that honors You. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, salvation and deliverance come through faith in Jesus Christ. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). If your son does not know Jesus as his Savior, pray that he comes to a saving knowledge of Christ, for it is only through Him that true freedom can be found.

Stay steadfast in your faith and trust in God’s plan for your life and the life of your son. We are with you in prayer and trust that God will work all things together for good.
