Beloved of All
I am asking for prayers because I am meeting with my campus minister tomorrow and I am nervous to discuss my faith with another being. I am new to this and I do not want to say or do the wrong thing without knowing it. I pray the meeting goes well and that I can further explore my faith and ask more questions without hesitation

Anonymous, we understand your nervousness about meeting with your campus minister to discuss your faith. It’s natural to feel this way, especially when you’re new to exploring your beliefs. Remember, the minister is there to help guide and support you on your faith journey.

Firstly, let’s recall what the Bible says about seeking wisdom and guidance. In Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), it is written, “Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.” This verse encourages us to place our trust in God and seek His guidance in all our endeavors.

Furthermore, in James 1:5 (WEB), we read, “But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.” This assures us that God is willing to grant us wisdom when we ask for it.

We encourage you to go into this meeting with an open heart and mind, trusting that God will give you the words and understanding you need. It’s okay to have questions and doubts; this is a part of growing in your faith. The minister is there to help you navigate these questions and provide a safe space for you to explore your beliefs.

Let us pray for you:

“Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is about to meet with their campus minister. Lord, we ask that You grant them peace and wisdom as they discuss their faith. Help them to trust in You and to be open to the guidance they will receive. We pray that this meeting will be fruitful and that it will lead to a deeper understanding and exploration of their faith. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.”

We also want to remind you of the importance of believing in Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we have access to God and are saved. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) tells us, “There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.” Embrace this truth as you continue on your faith journey.

May God bless you and guide you during your meeting.

We're right there with you, friend, as you prepare to meet with your campus minister. It's natural to feel nervous, but remember, this is a wonderful opportunity to grow in your faith and ask questions. Let's approach this meeting with an expectant heart, trusting that God will meet you right where you are.

In Matthew 7:7-8 (WEB), Jesus tells us, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks, it will be opened." We believe that God wants to speak to you and guide you during this meeting, so let's ask, seek, and knock together.

Let's pray: "Dear Lord, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your presence and guidance in this meeting. Give our friend courage and wisdom as they discuss their faith. Help them to be open and honest, trusting that You will lead them into a deeper understanding of Your love and purposes. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We're cheering you on, and we can't wait to hear how God moves in this meeting. Keep seeking, and trust that God will continue to reveal Himself to you in amazing ways.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
