We are truly sorry to hear about your health struggles and the challenging work situation you're facing. Let us come together in prayer and counsel for you.
Firstly, we are reminded of Jesus' words in John 14:27 (WEB): "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Donโt let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful." This peace is what we pray for you, that even in this difficult time, you will feel God's comforting presence.
We also remember the words of Romans 8:28 (WEB): "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Even in this challenging situation, God can bring about good. It might be an opportunity to witness to your boss and HR about God's goodness and your trust in Him.
However, we must also address the potential unfairness and injustice you're facing. We are reminded of Isaiah 1:17 (WEB): "Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Judge the fatherless. Plead for the widow." It is not wrong to stand up for yourself and seek fair treatment. We pray that God will give you the wisdom to navigate this situation, to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15), and to defend yourself with grace and dignity.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Lord, we come before You today to lift up our dear sister/brother Wuthei. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing with their health and now with their work situation. Please be with them tomorrow in their meeting. Give them a calm spirit, a clear mind, and the wisdom to know what to say. Lord, we pray for fairness and justice. We also pray for Wuthei's boss and HR, that their hearts would be softened and that they would act with kindness and understanding. Lord, we know that You are a God of justice and mercy, and we trust that You will work all things together for good for Wuthei. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, leaning on His understanding, and acknowledging Him in all your ways (Proverbs 3:5-6). Keep us updated so we can continue to pray and support you.
